Returns Policy

  1. A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required by the stipulated date for all Pre Order Statues
  2. All Figures and Statues are inspected upon arrival at our premises in order to evaluate their condition before they are delivered or collected by our clients in order to maintain quality. We cannot however, open the contents of sealed game boxes. It is the clients responsibility to inform us of any issues with the contents once opened.
  3. No goods will be accepted on return after 7 days after purchase, delivery or collection unless notified, arranged and agreed to in writing prior to the 7 day deadline from date of purchase, delivery or collection.
  4. No goods will be returned or exchanged without proof of purchase.
  5. Goods will only be exchanged / refunded if the goods are in their original condition. Goods not returned in their original condition will incur a handling fee of 20%. This policy does not apply to second hand and / or displayed statues and goods.
  6. Faulty / Damaged goods will only be exchanged for the exact same game, figure or statue and only if it is available. If not possible, replacement parts may be provided and only if they are available.
  7. Please note some games are expansions and require the base game in order to play them. Expansions will only be refunded if the game is faulty.
  8. Refunds or store credit may be applied upon return of damaged / faulty goods.
