Shipping Policy

  1. Items will only be delivered or handed over after payment is made in full
  2. All Figures, Statues and Games are inspected upon arrival at our premises to evaluate their condition before they are delivered or collected by our clients to maintain a high level of quality and service.
  3. No goods will be accepted on return after 7 days after purchase, delivery or collection unless notified, arranged and agreed to in writing prior to the 7-day deadline from the date of purchase, delivery or collection.
  4. No goods will be returned or exchanged without proof of purchase.
  5. All Delivery Lead Times are estimates only as we cannot control the actions or delays of any independent courier services or suppliers
  6. The final release and/or shipping dates of Pre-Order items are subject to delays by the manufacturer.
  7. Shipping is entirely at the client's own risk as we cannot be held liable for the actions of any third-party delivery companies and/or Acts of God
  8. Goods will only be exchanged/refunded if they are in their original condition. Goods not returned in their original condition will incur a handling fee of 20%. This policy does not apply to second hand and/or displayed statues and goods.
  9. Faulty / Damaged goods will only be exchanged for the exact same game, figure or statue and only if it is available. If not possible, replacement parts may be provided only if they are available.
  10. Tracking Numbers are always emailed to our customers as soon as we receive them from the courier company. It is also the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking of their parcel.
